Daughters of the Nile CIC is a Community Interest Company, not a registered charity. This means donations are not eligible for Gift Aid and are not tax-deductible in the UK.
However, every pound you give goes directly into our community programmes. Nothing is distributed to directors or members. If you are a business, please speak to your accountant about whether a donation to a CIC may be treated as a business expense.

Every pound donated to Daughters of the Nile CIC goes directly into our community programmes. We are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company with a full asset lock, which means no surplus or assets can ever be distributed to our directors or members.
Your donation funds things like workshop materials, venue hire, facilitation and free places for participants who cannot afford to pay. Everything stays in the community.

There are several ways to get involved with Daughters of the Nile CIC. You can volunteer at our events and programmes, offer your skills as a creative practitioner, facilitator or support us through partnerships and outreach.

Yes. In-kind donations are a valuable form of support and we welcome them warmly.
This could include venue space, creative materials, photography, printing, professional services or equipment. If you have something to offer that you think could benefit our community programmes, get in touch at info@donsnile.co.uk and we will take it from there.
